Our Qualifying Process
Since we are not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice or representation, we have an extensive qualifying process.
Unfortunately, this means we reject approximately 80% of the legal matters presented to us. Here are a few things to consider before moving forward with our program, and the reasons why we would recommend seeking the qualified legal advice/representation:
You are already in the middle of a family law court proceeding
Criminal offenses (including past convictions and current proceedings)
Currently on probation or parole
DUI, violent crimes, drug conviction
Child abuse or neglect
Spousal abuse
No significant change in circumstance from the last court order pertaining to your matter
Have already been to court regarding the same matter less than 6 months ago
You are currently in contempt of a current court order
You have child support arrearages that you are trying to expunge
Federal, state, or local courts have legal matters pending against you
You have a case against you by Child Protective Services (CPS), Department of Health or any other similar services as the aforementioned
